This Privacy Policy explains how BILPP OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the baliesim.app website and the Bali eSIM mobile application.
1. Information we collect
This website sets no cookies, and our analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics — is cookieless and does not follow you across sites. Your browser stores a few small preferences on your device (localStorage): your language choice and whether you have dismissed our promotional messages; they stay on your device and are never sent to us. In the app we collect what is needed to deliver the eSIM service: your email address, your order history, and the technical details required to provision an eSIM on your device.
2. How we use your information
Only to run and support the service: taking orders, provisioning eSIM profiles, answering support requests and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service — the mobile network partners that provision eSIM connectivity, and the App Store and Google Play, which handle payment — and only as far as each of them requires.
4. Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as the purposes above or the law require, and protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
